ERA Statewide Realty

Please before trying to purchase a condominium that has to be certified through NJHMFA, that uses ERA Statewide Realty find out if the HOA is non warrantable because NJHMFA or ERE Statewide Realty will not give you that information. I lost money doing inspection and appraisal, and then learned through my Lender that no one will be able to get a mortgage because the condominium is non warrantable and NJHMFA said they can't tell buyers that information. Please don't spend unnecessary money that you will need when you find the right condo. I was truly disappointed.(SOMERSET REGION)

I have had the absolute displeasure of contracting with "The Blaney Team" that works out of this office. Pat priced my condo way out of the going market rate to list, with multiple errors on my listing. She showed up to my open house 15 minutes before the start to begin putting out signs in the complex - I wonder why only 1 person showed up. A month after not 1 offer, she finally provides me with information with sale prices of condos in my development, indicating that the asking price is too high. I asked for the listing to be released from ERA, they refused. I pulled the listed. They refused to give me back my key unless I signed a multiple listing statement whereby if I sell my condo up to 3 months after their original contract ends, they can still get a commission... WOW!!! How un
