Foxchase Apartments in Tappahannock Va is managed by this company EPOCH. Very little gets fixed inside units. You would think with a Maintenance Supervisor that gets paid over 50 k a year things would be getting fixed but the only thing he really does is cut grass and complain about tenants and his manager and the owner of this company and runs back and forth from Lowes do to the lack of stock for repairs. There is not preventive maintenance being done anywhere on property.
