I would not recommend this complex. Despite being brand new when we moved in, problems were immediate and never properly addressed. Living here was a mistake, and moving out was somehow worse. The apartment had serious construction issues from the beginning. We submitted numerous maintenance requests throughout our time living here, and most went unanswered or unresolved. Every summer, we dealt with severe ant infestations caused by cracks in the sealant throughout the apartment. We kept our unit clean and spotless, yet the problem persisted. The property has been bought and sold repeatedly, and management turnover is constant. Each new company is less organized than the last. This review is strictly for the touring and move-in experience—not for actually living in the property. We toured a couple units with Destiny. She was very personable as well as knowledgeable. She took the time to show us multiple units and answered our 50 million questions. Whatever she didn’t know, she made it a point to get the answer from management. Thank you for your help, Destiny! Move-in was done without a hitch. My only recommendation is to make sure you walk the unit BEFORE you sign the lease (DUH!) which I unfortunately did not do. My unit needed a deep clean of the air ducts and carpet because the previous tenants were smokers. I’m adding to my original review on here. I got an email from the previous management team in December 2025 saying my lease renewal is available in the portal, but it wasn’t. I tried contacting them multiple times, even went in person, and they kept saying they’d relay my message to the manager. Well then the portal went down because a new management team took over. I decided to just submit my 60 day notice and attempted with the previous management team multiple times but couldn’t receive a response. I attempted twice with the new management team and it wasn’t until mid January that I was finally able to submit it. Well then because I submitted it in January, my move out date is now March 4 instead of the original February 28 date, meaning I have to pay for those 4 days and they weren’t w

New management started earlier this month, and apparently they have no snow/ice removal plan in place. Website isn’t working for maintenance requests. Completely understand if employees can’t make it because of the storms, but they knew this was coming for days and didn’t put any salt or sand outside. If I knew they weren’t going to do anything I could have at least bought my own salt. No communication on when they will actually do something either. Really frustrating since the last management company was very friendly and always communicated any potential issues

I have lived here for a few months and absolutely love it! The office staff has consistently maintained their professionalism, creates a friendly environment & are always so helpful! Any issues I’ve had regarding maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner & if there did happen to be any mishaps that may have occurred, the staff has always communicated effectively. It’s sometimes really difficult dealing with office staff, but these guys have been great!!
