If they bothered to fix the roof maybe the place wouldn't be 70%+ humidity, and rotting from the ground up with the matching smell as well. It would be one thing if you didn't alert management, but they don't actually care for or maintain the stucture, just the Google reviews. Sorry, I made a huge mess emptying the dehumidifier which is full at 1am, or this would be 2-stars. - cabinets need replacing - holes in doors - rotten doors - no latches in doors - whatever, who cares, absolutely no one here.

I moved here about 4-5 months ago to be closer to my job and family and so far so good! Gia was really kind and patient during the application and moving in process, and this being my first solo living situation, I am so grateful for that. Because it was A LOT and I was intimidated hehehe. Its a really really cool setup for a studio, the garage and included washer/dryer is a plus, as well as closet space and balcony/patio space AND being able to have my fury friend. I've had to request maintenance on a few things before, and its been a smooth process each time No in-house AC, but I've found things to be manageble with a window/floor unit. And it does get a bit loud being between two main roads, so those might be a deal breaker for others? Earplugs get me through it. Love how walkable t

I lived here years ago and I see that the issues with the management have not changed. She is unprofessional and vindictive if you get on her bad side. Things like selective enforcement of the rules, increased scrutiny, frequent inspections (harassment), and being unresponsive were the norm. She was so nice and sweet before the contract was signed. The last straw for me was the lease renewal contract. This was the longest rental contract I've ever seen and included rules like saying disapproving things on social media was not allowed. Other than management, the units and garages are great. Buyer beware, good luck.

This place has always been amazing. I recommend it to any one of my friends who I hear are looking for a place. I've lived in more apartments than I can count on my hands and this is the best one without contest. Not only do you get a garage and washer and dryer in unit. But many of the apartments here are the Loft style which makes them both fancy feeling and also eliminates having upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The neighborhood is good. I've never had a problem with the area and it's close-by to the Max and FX stops. Honestly, it's pretty close to a few things with a 15 minute walk. So far my experience here has been pleasant. I’m going to agree with another review here saying most of these other reviews were left in anger or frustration. The apartment: The layout is really cool. I reside in a one bedroom and I have a loft. I understand the concerns regarding flimsiness. The apartment is sturdy itself but It’s when you step on a certain spot (where the motor for the garage is) that makes it feel like if you jump you’ll fall through lol but you won’t of course. The apartment creaks quite a bit as well. I don’t mind it but I feel like I’m loud and waking my neighbors with it. My apartment was nice. A few dents and dings but that’s with any lived in apartment. The manager: I’ve literally yet to have any issues with her except a misunderstanding regarding late rent which
