Elmwood Apartments

My friend lives there & they really need to replace her carpet & make some improvements! She has been there for over 10 years.

Bad place to live, the apartments the floors creep. The tenants down stairs are weird they congregate and block off the downstairs exit to the parking lot often i have almost fell several times due to them setting on the steps and not moving. When we have to go to the car it will be 4 to 5 people setting on benches across from each other or one of them setting on the stairs blocking you from coming down have to ask them to move and keep this in mind Its the only exit to the parking lot to this building we are in which is a very small area to walk through to begin with . We have to squeeze to get through just to get to our vehicle. They are up at 5 and 6 am outside talking and laughing as loud as they can and have absolutely no respect for people. Absolutely amazing customer service! Sucks you are only legally allowed someone over for 2 weeks but I get it. Great loving people here! Biggest problem is probably the washers and dryers not working well enough. Please get some new ones and this will be the place to be by all accounts!

It is a terrible place to live i lived there 6 years never late on my rent.never had a issiue with the people there .i would collect household good and when i got something i would put it under the stairs .i would give it to the people there that needed help.i helped several familys that moved in with kids furnished there homes.but jill had a problem with it.then this lady that had lived there that had to move cause a lot of drama.jill let her come back .and she has caused all kinds of drama.but i ended haveing to move over her.she moved this guy in mind you if you have a fenoly your not alloweed to live there and he just got out of prison for arm robbery but he still there .the kids are pretty much raiseing there self they run around all hours of the day and night i mean like 2yr old and

This place discriminates!! Like a previous person said , this lady let’s the people she knows live there and get an apartment but if you don’t have a connection you won’t get a fair shot of getting in!! Also the manager, Sandy doesn’t like young tenants! She will go out of her way to harass the younger tenants!! But they are getting sued for discrimination so maybe that all will change !! Good luck !
