The worst landlord in the world! Clark Michael won't keep the grass cut, he lets be broken in his properties! I have 5 steps that are cracking in my home! He has not took the initiative to fix them I have a daughter in the home that has already fell down the steps from them cracking. I lost over 100$ worth of grocery because he took almost a day and half to get me a new fridge when I informed him a week prior that the fridge was leaking. Being these are his appliances he is responsible, showed no compassion to offer reimbursement for the lost food and hence I told him ahead of time about the fridge (issue could have been avoided " he has the worst property on our entire block. He won't provide pest control. None of my windows open unless it had a/c unit installed major fire hazard! Not to
