We took Edgar’s advice to pre-inspect the house so that during the final inspection our house passed with no problem. Edgar helped with a lot of details that otherwise would have left us unprepared to get the most for our house. When it comes to real estate, he does it 24/7.

After I purchased the home using Edgar as my realtor, I discovered the home inspector Edgar recommended missed a major aspect of my AC unit. I have contacted Edgar numerous times for advice on what to do, with only one text message In return saying he will call me back. This was weeks ago. I have reached out numerous times with no response. I am very disappointed that he would leave me in the dark like this. Total cost of job $11,000. I would recommend you use a realtor who cares about you after you purchase your home. Not only when he’s getting commission.
