Echo Lake Apartments

My mom needed a short term lease, as she was visiting my family here in the Echo Lake area for 4 months. It was challenging finding a lease of that length, but Echo Lake made a generous exception for my eighty two year old mother to visit and stay. We worked with Kayla Varona to set up my mom's arraignment. I have no words to adequately describe this young woman's assistance to us. Her calmness, focus, disarming smile and gentle yet professional demeanor brought endless comfort to my mom's temporary transition and our peace of mind. Denied for a rental based on computer-based screen only without manual review and ability and willingness to pay extra deposit. Had a manual review been performed, management would have realized that due to government shut down, I got behind and was a long-term tenant at my other property with never any late rent or issues. Not helpful in anyway whatsoever. Also, they are quick to take deposits with credit/debit but must use postal mail to return deposits even though the charge/debit could easily be reversed.

APPARENTLY The "Beverly Hill-Billies " television show production set have been allowed to transfer to Shoreline, WA....just look at all those wonderful hill Billy tarps Every single laundry room on every single floor in every single building has at least one machine that doesn't work but usually two or more that don't work and it's been this way since 2017 when I moved in. They don't repair the machines they've never cleaned the lint from the dryer vents and the dryers won't dry clothes even if they work. You begin to learn which dryers have clogged vents and just don't use them or go to another floor.

My experience with Echo lake was great! Especially due to the hard work Kayla put in to make from start to finish. She made the process seamless and answered all of the questions I had I would definitely recommend any one coming to the property for the first time ask for her so she can ensure you are well taken care of!

We've been here almost one year and just renewed for 10 months, no rent increase...that was good news. We have a one-bedroom with a serene tree and bike- trail view. Personal interactions with Justina, Kayla, and Greg have been great. Glad to be here.
