Under new owners we now have a maintenance person who's not only kind but respectful, efficient and educated in his work.

The new company is making changes to the property and I love it. They are all very helpful in the office.

My daughter and I ended up moving from Washington State to Oregon. We landed here at East Wind apartments. We worked with Nathali R. She was amazing. When we had the ice storm the office people was so helpful with getting our needs met with side walk dry ice. Any time we had a Maintenance request. We had service the same day. I enjoyed the security and communication with East Wind. We stayed two years. Cheryl M. was the person we did our final closing when we left. She is kind and very thorough. Thank you East Wind.

I really wouldn't know where to start in the one I called home for 1 year; If I could get my time back I would have looked for another place since my worst experience and my first rental was a total disaster so I would never recommend this property to future tenants... since my contract expired they took my deposit and I never returned it and They kicked me out, I didn't clean my apartment when it was the opposite and on top of that they deducted money for the smallest thing and in large amounts, that is, they took the money from me for the carpet, the kitchen, the paintings and a large surcharge when I left everything as it was. I received it and the office staff could not have been more hypocritical nor did they let me check my mail or take my belongings. With this I tell you very bad pe
