East Fair Terrace Senior Apartments

Just so no one else wastes their time coming all the way out to Gresham like I did, I'm gonna list all the bus routes and how far you have to walk to get to them: #2: .3 miles #21 .3 miles #82: .3 miles. (these three stops are not in the same place) Blue line Max: .4 miles #9: .8 miles So there's literally not a single mode of transport within a quarter mile. All the bus stops look super close when you're looking at the map, but there's no access to Eastman parkway from the complex, so you have to walk to division down their sketchy driveway (that has no sidewalk, kind of a blind corner where cars coming out can't see you coming up, and two dinky little streetlights that I can't imagine are very bright, so it's not very safe). I just moved back to Oregon and had a little bit of a wait to get in here but it is worth it. Great management and residents I really love this place. Two thumbs up 👍.

Great place to live, kept up nicely, good community for the most part. Nice and quiet surroundings, access to bus and shopping. Close to the Max.
