I typically don’t leave reviews but I feel it’s necessary to leave one for this place. Please if you’re looking into this place don’t have children. Absolutely disgusting and inhabitable living conditions. The sewage gas intake is unhealthy. There are cockroaches, wet caulking, very low water pressure. The water heater has no drip pan so it’s going into the floor board. Black mold in kitchen and bathroom. The tub didn’t drain properly. I did get the city of Gresham involved for this place. The unit I was renting is not available until inspection is done. Which they have failed it twice since the first visit. The property manager is very disrespectful, doesn’t care for your well being. Very money hungry people. Please I truly advise everyone to not live here.

LANDLORD SPECIAL!!! Moving into this location, I was hoping that this would give me a better experience compared to the previous location. Unfortunately I did not. I got the warm welcome landlord special. Paint on the carpet, hinges, door handles, doors don’t even close right. Stoves don’t even work like how they’re supposed to. Room isn’t even insulated right, so it freezes in there! Regardless of how clean I am, how many Raid Sprays I use, I will always get cockroaches here!!! The apartments are infested with them. Let’s talk about parking now. There is only three visitor spots here and they will tow you if you don’t have any passes! Yet we are able to park wherever and don’t have a designated parking spot or two???? This is ridiculous. The parking here gets overfilled to the point wher

I have lived here over a year and the current manager and owner are wonderful! Timely completion of maintenance requests and Stephanie the manager is very communicative and helpful, not to mention friendly in all of our interactions. I am very happy here and plan to stay for a few more years at least. Close to schools and shopping places. Super convenient location but just off the main strip enough that it doesn’t feel so busy. Hogan rd is bustling during the day but practically silent at night. I definitely think this complex is worth the rent (which is reasonable for the area) and a great place to call home.

Stephanie is a manager here at east 25. Super sweet and of word. It’s been a pleasure working with her. Upon move in had a few maintenance issues that got resolved that same day of requesting. Lovely woman with a great heart. I hope to continue my time here with the same amount of commitment and dedication the team has shown.

I just recently moved in here & had a very smooth & stress free experience. The manager was very friendly and accommodated my needs. She worked hard to meet my deadline to be out of my old house. Maintenance fixed any issues before we moved in.
