Overall, the build quality of the bathroom remodel was good, but the customer service was terrible and very unprofessional. We were initially quoted $12,000 for the remodel, with the understanding that this would cover everything. However, the final cost ended up being $19,500. While we did add a few small items midway through the project, these should not have increased the total by more than $1,000. Halfway through the project, I began receiving separate bills for subcontractors (plumber, electrician), which was unexpected but manageable. Unfortunately, the rates and fees for the subcontractors were excessive, and the plumber charged for more hours than were actually worked.
