Sandpoint Property Management has been great to work with. Their team does a really good job taking care of both owners and tenants, and communication is always clear and easy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a big difference. They’re fair, responsive, and genuinely care about doing things the right way. I would definitely recommend Sandpoint Property Management to anyone looking for a solid, reliable property management team.

First time renters. We had a great experience with finding a home for our family, including our animals, and within our budget. Everyone was kind, courteous, prompt, and thorough. Everytime we submitted documents they were reviewed quickly and we received clear feedback on what the next step was in the process. At first, I was really concerned and discouraged about their strict policy, requiring applicants to do a physical walkthrough to view a property before signing a lease agreement. Essentially, no site unseen signing. When relocating across the country, I felt that this seemed like an impossible expectation. However, in the end... It served us well. Initially, the space we considered renting was a townhouse and the inside was perfect but didn't offer enough space outside for our kids

Avoid. Not a positive outcome. Others have stated that their security deposits were not returned, and that is true. You will never receive your deposit even if rental was left in immaculate condition. I had to threaten legal action and even then only received 30% of deposit. They take no responsibility and do not return calls. Many of the properties are overpriced, considering the area, Sandpoint, ID, lacks many basic options, is overall decrepit and dull.

Never been easier to lease a residence from this property management company. Everything was explained up front and transparent. A very pleasant experience.

Ned and the team at SPM have been amazing to work with. They are extremely responsive and Ned went out of his way to help us with an issue at our commercial space.
