Building a home can be challenging as it is, the investment, the planning, the floorplan, the decisions. Once we decided to retire in N. Idaho, the next step was to find the very best builder for the finest home our hard-earned money could afford. We shook hands with Colin on our lot in 2017 and agreed they would start to build our home in 2019. With just that agreement, Idagon went into action a year later sending us potential floorplans, offering us to work with Mel on design options, and discussing our budget. They began to build in 2019 as promised and finished in June of 2020, as promised...actually 2 weeks early. During construction we only visited from WA once.
