Alliance Title is the company I chose to work with during the process of the purchasing the lot next to my place. I used them without knowing anything about their work or anything else. I've not used many title companies before so I figured one is as good as the other in what they do. But it turns out that they are wonderful people and made everything simple for me to accomplish, answered all of my questions in a very polite and caring way.
