Eric made the process of purchasing our property enjoyable and stress free. He quickly notified all parties when changes came up for quick resolutions and we never once had to worry about information getting missed- He was on top of every detail. Also, I loved how he let us take the reigns when we backed off to continue looking around solo for a minute. He made himself available at all times when we needed his assistance; offered great advice, and always returned calls in a timely matter. We won't be going anywhere else if there are future sells/purchases.
