The team at Dulles Properties has been amazing so far! They worked hard to sort through many applicants to get qualified tenants to rent my condo - credit checks, background checks and I don't even know what else. (I'd hate to have been through it alone). They are true professionals at the rental and real estate business. They have many DECADES of experience. They were recommended to me by a co-worker who was also renting a place. I highly recommend Linda, Tabitha and the team at Dulles Properties! Thanks for all you do!!

I used Dulles Properties as my property manager for years. Initially they were fine but at some point in time, they changed property managers and she was awful. I would literally have to chase her down to talk to her - she kept 1/2 day hours - there were a couple of months I had to go hunting for my rent deposit - I had to remind HER that the lease renewal was due - at least a couple of times I never received a monthly statement... on and on. I complained on more than one occasion to the owner who would consistently reassure me that she was aware of the problems and that "changes were coming" - "just hold on for another month" - she SWORE things would get better. These people are amazing! I have had all of my repairs done very quickly and everyone is extremely nice and wonderful. The negative reviews you see are very old, dont be discouraged! They rock!
