From the very beginning, the process has been smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Our journey started with Beau, our sales manager, who was incredibly genuine and patient from day one. He took the time to clearly explain what semi-custom truly means, thoughtfully walked us through the possibilities, and guided us without ever rushing the process. His approach set the tone early and gave us confidence that we were working with the right team. Working with Mary Jo at Corbett Landing has been nothing short of amazing! Drees is a high quality builder who can help you create exactly what you want at a more affordable luxury price point. And at Corbett Landing, it’s been fun to create a custom product that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. I would say the product competes with even some of the most custom builders! There are limited, acceptable words for a review to describe the poor craftsmanship and lack of corporate responsibility for DREES of Raleigh. The finishing/detail work is atrocious. We have worked to get our custom built home fixed for over a year. If you choose this builder, I highly recommend retaining an attorney. They installed busted cabinets and fought against replacing them. Chipped tile, grout that’s chipping, door frame gaps at the floor filled with caulk. Regardless of the price, you should not expect this type of work but when you’re spending $800-$900k, it’s simply unacceptable. Sadly, the attached pictures are just a sample.
