Dolce Vita Luxury Apartments

Love these apartments. Shelby, one of the managers, is super helpful and attentive. I had many questions/concerns about moving and policies and she answered all of them in a timely manner. She even got us a goodie bag! Although our lease is up, move out procedures have been a breeze. I made sure I took move in photos and ended up receiving most of my security deposit back. Just make sure to leave the space better than you found it (as anyone should do when cleaning YOUR own apartment AND DIRT when you move out). These apartments are so nice and I’ve had a wonderful time living here. Also, thank you Shelby!

I’ve had a great experience at Dolce Vita Luxury Apartments in Clovis. The community is well maintained, quiet, and truly lives up to the “luxury” name. The grounds are clean, the apartments are beautiful, and everything feels thoughtfully cared for. I especially want to highlight Erin, the property manager. She’s new to the role and has been extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. From the start, she’s gone out of her way to answer questions, follow up promptly, and make sure concerns are handled smoothly. I have to say. The old management was terrible, looking through all of these reviews and seeing so many other people dealt with the same stuff I did but the new team has truly made my experience a complete 180. I would recommend living here to anyone, whenever I put in a maintenance request it's resolved within a day and the office staff is always there to answer my questions when I have them. Thank you for making me happy to call this place home.

I love this apartment complex! It is located in a great area. the community is clean, and amenities are great also. The apartments are bright and modern. It is the nicest place I have lived, and would recommend it to everyone!

I lived at this complex for two years so I'm going to break down what I noticed the pros and cons to be. Pros: The apartments are really nice, at least on the second floor. The maintenance crew is really helpful and were always kind and attentive. The appliances were all pretty new and functioned well. There was regular bug and pest maintenance and the apartments handled heat well which is so important for second floor apartments in Clovis. The gym was really nice and just what you need for basic workouts and the pool was pretty ok, sometimes pretty dirty with human hair etc. Cons: The security deposit. Regardless of how well you clean and prepare for moving out (which we were extremely detailed in our clean, spotless even) you are going to lose at least half of your deposit on their man
