I had seven minor repairs that needed to be done in my apartment. Maintenance was notified. I had a message hanging on my door last Friday afternoon with a time and date scheduled for this Monday. I appreciated the notification. When Dan came at the designated time, he took care of four of the seven issues immediately. One issue somehow resolved itself but he checked it out and agreed, nothing needed to be done at this time. Although Dan discovered a 8th issue, a drip coming from my bathroom faucet that I hadn't discovered, so it must have just started. He will come back once he gets the appropriate part to fix it. He will also take care of my kitchen faucet as we agreed, when he returns to fix the bathroom sink faucet. And he is looking into a third issue that couldn't be completed t

When I have issues/ concerns I am rarely able to reach the office and there is no option to leave a message. Parking continues to be a concern especially going into winter. I have now had 2 large packages stolen now which were Christmas presents for my children. The overall communication is not great

I’m not a tenant there but I have been to the complex. Complex is unimpressive and the corporate management seems to be disinterested in offering more than the bare minimum to tenants. My close personal friend is currently residing here. The one thing they have going for them is safety as he has never locked his door. Maintenance would preform their typical routine to spray for bugs, and every time prior to this they kept the door unlocked. Most recently after spraying they locked the door behind them instead of leaving in the same condition as they found it. What I found completely unreasonable is that they refused to reopen the unit for the tenant who is on the lease. They gave no effort to remedy the situation and left their tenant locked out.
