Not a bad spot, all bills paid, second chance leasing, lots of kids and laughter and fur babies around, grounds are pretty kept, and the apartment manager flor she's suck a kind and loving and caring person she really will go above and beyond to see you get approved for an apartment I've never met another person like her ever she really care about her tenants unlike most landlords she does her best to accommodate, and gets thing fixed very quickly when there is an issue and matenance needs to be called. If your looking for your second chance here's your sign

If your looking for a second chance leasing ,all bills paid this is it look no further, the landlord is great she will truly do her very very best to see you and your family get approved , lots of kiddos running around laughing, plenty of grills we love to grill around here especially on the weekends, best part about the apartment manager for she always goes above and beyond for each and every one of her tenants she's amazing go see her if your looking for a new spot to call home if I could give more than 5 stars I would lol

Not the prettiest apartments but the insides are very nice, grounds are kept clean, we are a community sometimes loud sometimes quiet just depends on if it's Tuesday or Friday lol nothing crazy though guys I promise, these apartments are all bills paid, budget friendly and second chance leasing so stop in speak with flor adame and she will give you the details she is the best apartment manager I've ever met she care about her tenants has a heart of gold 💯

Its not the prettiest but the insides are nice, matenance keeps the grounds pretty clean, the office lady flor is amazing she will work with pretty much anybody, she's super helpful and caring , we look our for one another here and there's never any fights, car break ins or anything like that lots of happy kids running around playing and enjoying their day, if you need a place to rent thats fairly nice and your one a budget, these are all bills paid and second chance leasing, I got my second chance back go get yours 🤪😁
