Cypress Creek Townhomes

I applied to this complex over 2 months ago & still have heard nothing back. I went inside completed the application, paid both $50 application fees for me and my fiance and we still havent heard anything back yet. I have reached out to managment multiple times regarding our application and i keep getting the same bs answer that they our still waiting on our rental verification. I asked if there was anything we could do on our end , and was told to wait. Neither one of our credits have been ran yet which is red flag 1, red flag 2 is that its been 2 months and they have not reached out to say if we are approved or deniend which is highly unprofessional. Red flag 3 is that we have not even recieved email stating or applications have even been ran, which makes me think they took my money and

I have left these people a voicemail over 2 weeks ago i have yet to get a call back! This is ridiculous I can’t get anyone on the phone they never answer… next step is the bbb

Nice and quiet place. Been here for 3yrs. Managment has zero tolerance for foolish behavior. Neighbor's are friendly. Great experience for me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would …this place is completely horrible from the office staff to the maintenance men they do absolutely nothing they do not keep up with units they are ride a highly disrespectful please what ever you do run because it not pleasant nor peace place to live in

These people act like they don’t know how to work a phone nor reply to emails !!!
