I can't say enough about Cummings Properties, specifically our company (Lumin Health)'s newer office location at 300 Trade Center. The building is beautiful. Our office is stunning. The maintenance team is "on it," whenever we need anything! A huge bonus is the relationship our team gets to have with Sue Howland, Cummings Properties' client engagement manager. She is such and asset and a gift. We are a ketamine treatment center, assisting people who are very stuck, depressed, have ptsd, etc. We collaborate heavily with concurrent mental health providers to give fully holistic, wrap-around care as a team for our patients. Since the beginning of our contract with Cummings Property, we have experienced constant problems. The company is dishonest, fails to provide basic customer support, and repeatedly tries to charge us for issues that are clearly the building’s responsibility. We are a 5-star Spa, and we have suffered financial losses and damage to our reputation due to their poor management. Our suite has had air conditioning problems since day one, leaving the rooms excessively cold and causing discomfort to our clients. In addition, there is a serious electrical issue in the building that has caused power outages during client appointments, an unacceptable situation for a professional business. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Cummins Properties has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, we have faced serious issues involving lack of privacy, improper charges, unprofessional conduct, and unreasonable demands. The company forced us to build a brand-new bathroom, even after the city clearly stated that this responsibility belonged solely to the landlord. We were told that if we did not pay for the construction ourselves, we would not receive our business license, because the space did not have the proper license to operate in the first place. We ended up paying for something that was never our responsibility.
