Lived in a house for 6 years, when we moved in everything started breaking a week later. Then they never came to repair anything after multiple calls to the office. They never answer or get back to you unless you call the owner of the company. They even came into fix our water heater and left a line open of carbon monoxide. Thank god we caught it or I wouldn’t be writing this today. The outside and inside of the home was falling and rotting, all while they raised our rent. They also used photos from years ago to show this property and didn’t even call or send a letter knowing we had to move as it was being sold. The office lady does not know her job or do it at all. They are famous for never giving deposits back! They also do not hire professionals to come into do repairs as they refuse to

A long, long time ago, 🎶 🎶 🎶 I can still remember, 🎶 🎶 Mr. Crowl, with talents grand, 🎶 Managed my house, a steady hand. His rent was fair, his work profound, I’d work with him if he’s still around.

I had a great experience renting from them. They answered my maintenance calls right away. Kurt and Minda are very friendly!

I have rented two of their properties, and I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Crowl Property. If I ever needed something fixed, or experienced something I needed changed they were prompt with assisting my family. Not only are their prices extremely good, they also helped me during the first wave of Covid financially with allowing me to pay my rent the month it was due at any time due to my job closing down. I would recommend anyone to rent from them. I've heard horror stories of other companies who don't take care of their tenants, but I've never had that happen. I'm thankful I was able to reside in there townhouse and house. It always felt like home, especially with Minda who always answered any question I had!
