Preston is the absolute best and got things done for me❣️I am going to LOVE my new spacious apartment and I am more that elated with the storage space provided! NOt many people offer that and its truly spacious ❣️

I still have the same issue with the squirrels in between my walls. Was advised that it could take up to 7 days. It’s day 2 no changes as of yet. After I asked for a manager , since I had been reporting the situation. My maintenance request was dressed quickly.

The tech was nice and did talk to me. But I was not satisfied because the issue was not resolved. The tech also did not seem to be listening to me. He continued to tell me that I need to let the washer go through the whole cycle and I tried to tell him that I am and for some reason the washer is turning off and locking the door. It made me feel that he was not believing me and that I am the reason that the washer is not working.

Carlos the maintenance guy has really did a great job on both of my requests for service. Clean up behind himself and explain want was going on. Out standing, need more like him. Mike Robinson.

If i could give zero stars i would. this apartment is HORRIBLE do not rent here. They don’t fix anything and they always have bugs. My shower has been broken for 3 years, yes THREE YEARS. The toilet in my other bathroom is leaking AND after you flush my toilet you literally have to lift the lid up to make it stop running. There are always spiders and silverfish bugs in the apartment and for them to be charging us $1600 a month yall can’t fix anything??? Everything is old and outdated, definitely NOT worth any of my money. I do not recommend renting here please save your money and time.
