Used to be a great place to live, then CStar took over the management and it has slowly gone downhill. Lots of things could use updates, or just management willingness to spend some money on the place. The dog bags are never replaced, the signs on them are faded, the trashes are never emptied, the address is missing two numbers, the trees are never trimmed, some of the stairs on the buildings are missing handles and their steps are rotting or breaking, and they leave broken things as is on the property. It’s not a renter’s responsibility to report issues that they should be regularly monitoring. Should being the key word. It’s a fine place and good price to live if you only ever stay inside and don’t have a pet, but you could find a better managed place elsewhere, and the amenities they

Honestly, the only reason this apartment even has a 3 star rating is because C-Star Management was great with us. I can't say anything bad, they were great to work with. The apartment itself, while nice, walls are paper thin. Noisy neighbors all throughout the night. It's difficult falling back asleep even with earplugs in because of the noise. When the neighbors upstairs walk, slam things, or whatever other noises we heard at all times of the night wore on us quickly. We would bang back on the ceiling and they just did not care at all.

Rachel the property manager and maintenance seem to work hard for the property! Anytime there is a maintenance request they contact me to let me know that they have received it and will be getting with me as soon as they can. The community is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. We love living here!!!

Noisy apartments, and rules aren't enforced by management. Walls are paper thin and do not insulate very well against hot or cold weather.
