Creek Park Village

Feeling the pinch of financial stress. Living here has proved to be a mistake. Management closed the office during Covid and it's by appointment only. My toilet sprang a leak on a Saturday and the poor woman that works and lives here was unable to fix it, and was not able to call for professional help. ON top of that management was not answering the phone. She ended up calling a plumber friend that was able to fix it in 10 minutes. They tore the place up and put walls in places where nice little fence patios use to be. They started charging us for water, which all be it is not yet been over 54 $'s for me, YET.... Still its an extra expense on top of a fixed income. Now I just received notice another increase in rent of 3 dollars shy of 10 percent. Rent increases are a must I get it. Costs

I enjoy living here because of my neighbors and the staff! But, they are raising the rent EVERY YEAR! It's outrageous! We are seniors almost everyone here are on a limited income! It's R ediculous to raise the rent EVERY YEAR!!, if you check all the other apartments for senior living, they do not do that at all! They know that seniors can't afford that! They can't afford to move either, people here are starting to worry, they are seniors, they don't have the wearwithall to move, some d ont have family or friends to help them! It's just wrong to raise the rent EVERY year! I don't know anyone who lives in an apartment that gets there rent raised every year! It's just wrong because it is a senior living complex!! 😟

I wanted a small, affordable, and quite place to live and I found it at creek park village. Staff and neighbors are very nice. My apartment is great. Fun things to do at the clubhouse every month, and a great exercise room, pool and spa.

Peaceful surroundings with modernized well kept up facilities. Very friendly and safe place to live with many on site activities. I enjoy living here.

Me and my husband lived there for a few months. It was the best. The staff are awesome as well as maintenance and facilities.
