Creek Bend Heights Apartments

Creekbend Heights is provides a friendly and pleasant environment. The staff is helpful and work with if you have problems. The maintenance is good and reliable. The rent is reasonable. I recommend this apartment building to others. Also, the village of Hamburg is a great place to live.

Pat and Nancy the managers have thrown several people into the street to raise the rent 300/mo. If you are a drug addict alcoholic and like to loiter in the parking lot and cause trouble, you will be allowed to live here. If you are a good tenant, you will not. The laundry room is hogged up daily and there are black bugs in the cupboards of the apartments that nothing is done about. The tenants gamble for each other's rent in card games in the dining room. The parking lot is not plowed out properly in the winter and you have to shovel your car out from blizzards.

I moved in here in November. Have had my own home for 22 years. Apt living is an adjustment. The people could not be more friendly, Hamburg has lots of shopping coffee, burger places the library. Very satisfied.sobquiet

Our family could not be happier that our Mom is safe and sound at Creekbend Heights Apartments. Moving was a difficult decision for all of us; with the professionalism of the office staff, every aspect was a smooth transition. The building is maintained to stellar standards, with beautifully landscaped grounds!! Great job staff and residents!! Did I mention Location? Outstanding!! Creek Bend Heights is like home for me. For the past 7 years I’ve been very happy here, I can’t say enough about the staff and also the residents.
