Coventry Homes - The Grove at Blackhawk

Had such a great experience building our first home! Miranda definitely made the process smooth for us and answered all of our questions along the way. There were so many floor plans to choose from and we love ours (the Willis)!! The house was well built and we are very happy.

I am not sure who runs this location but Public information show the CEO is a Canadian home builder named Henri Rodier. They are constantly sending me unsolicited communications after somehow getting ahold of my email address. Despite my previous requests to be removed from their mailing list and for all contact to cease, I continue to receive persistent emails from these people harassing me. I am forced to file a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission regarding this harassment. I am also exploring all available legal options, including a restraining order and other forms of legal recourse, to ensure these communications stop immediately. If they would do this to a complete stranger that doesn’t live in Houston, I can only imagine what they would do with someone’s persona

Poor quality work and customer reps are a joke. They’ll promise a warranty, then once things start falling apart, the vendors scatter. Terrible customer service and poor quality townhome

I’m thanking my lucky stars that we did not follow through with Coventry homes. First of all their staff was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. It seemed like their agents did not want to be there let alone help you.We toured one home and the agent was on her phone the whole time. She gave the vibe that we inconvenienced her by requesting a tour. We gave a competitive offer( that was well within market value) but was met with such disrespect that bordered on humiliation from the builder and the agent. Later we found out from other Coventry home owners how terrible their build quality is and how when you close you’ll never hear from Coventry again even when your home warranty is intact. I don’t know what 98% approval rating they are talking about as every single review and pers

I would give negative star if I can. They are not premium builders like they claim to be. I recently purchased a house with them. Paid a premium money for the house! The job was rushed with poor finish! On top of it, once you close out, then they don’t care about any of the warranty requests! It took them 6 months to sort out my closing walk through warranty requests! To make things worse, the poor quality build started showing up and I have submitted consolidated list of warranty request after 6 months only to find out, they don’t care! It’s been several weeks went by without any response to warranty. The warranty rep Ben is worst to deal with. Need several follow ups always and he is very lazy to attend to requests. Stay away from them and go find better builders who gives priority to bu
