Cove Avenue Apartments

I have lived here for 4+ years. The last 2 years have been particulary bad with drug traffic, finding uncapped needles, and not feeling safe on the property. It's mostly families that live here but the kids can hardly do anything on the property, management trys when they can but a lot seems to be out of their hands. I moved here because my choices were slim an it was my first option. But if you have other choices go with those first. There's also only two washers and dryers and the units are out dated and I've had more then 5 neighbors that have had mold that they end up having to try and fix on there own. It's a roof over your head if you need one.
