We had a very negative experience with Catherine Creek Rental Company’s and the owner, Leigh Ann. We were asked to sign a lease without being allowed a walkthrough, and were pressured to sign on a specific day regardless of our availability to move in. There was little to no flexibility on move-in dates, which made planning extremely difficult. The total move-in cost was $6,146, which included first month’s rent and additional fees. The prorated rent calculation was unusual and confusing—it was based on a 365-day division of annual rent, despite the lease being month-to-month. Costs continued to change, and new fees appeared frequently, making it hard to understand what we were truly agreeing to. Communication was also unprofessional. Poor judgment of who I am, uncontrable circumstances with personal health can reflect on my credit resulting in Catherine Creek property management to deny me to rent a apartment at counrty west. Also my old land lord giving me a bad reference because I was running a construction business from my home and asked if I would remove vehicals from the land, 3 trucks 2 trailers a dump truck trailer and excavator. The truth is my landlord wanted me to do work for her for pennies and I did at first. Eventually me asking her to find someone else that im not available at the price she offered. So my landlord becoming very upset and making my life really tough. Like raising the rent from 1400 to 2000 a month. So we moved out looking for something more affordable than 2000 a month. Cathrine creek realty is garbage/worthless Trying to get a apartment through them is ridiculous.. They won’t work with you to get into a place when your about to go homeless, if you got bad credit good luck even when your trying to get back on your feet again, wish I could give (half a star) Ps: They won’t call you back after you’ve been denied

I was a tenant of Leigh Ann’s and absolutely LOVED renting from her. She is very friendly and helpful and makes the entire renting process easy so you can just relax and enjoy your home. She knows her stuff, and practices with integrity, being transparent and aboveboard with everything she does. Her rates are very reasonable and you can trust that she will refund your deposit fairly. Leigh Ann goes above and beyond behind the scenes to make sure the houses are clean and safe. Many improvements were made to the house before I moved in. She is really prompt with any issues that are brought to her attention and the contractors she uses are also professional and friendly.

Leigh Ann was a pleasure to rent from. She’s respectful of your space and is prompt with getting repair guys to the unit when due. You can pay rent with ease as well.
