There were times she’d email us links to seemingly good houses within our budget letting us know that they just went on the market and may be worth checking out. With as difficult as it was to find a livable house within our price range, this really meant the world to have someone that cared that much about our home buying experience.

To be sure I was getting a fair rate, I applied for a mortgage online though Mann, and within a 10 minute telephone conversation the following day, I was locked into the rate I deserved. Her communication throughout the entire process was clear and timely. Not only was she present for the closing, but she was supportive, no-nonsense, and, most importantly, transparent.
