She helped guide us with putting together the offer, making sure that we had a competitive offer, while still getting a good deal. She directed us towards some great resources, which helped immensely. Kristie was on top of everything, from scheduling inspections, to putting together repair requests, following up on our loan requirements, and answering all of our questions, no matter how random they were. I can't recommend Kristie enough if you are looking to buy (or sell!) a home. Great experience all around!
