I recently sold a home for the first time. Allison Hamill was my realtor and I could sing her praises all day. The home I sold was my father’s home which I inherited in a state I don’t reside in. I reached out to Allison having never met her before and quickly felt like she was a friend. We worked together entirely remotely. I had much to learn about the process and not once did I feel overwhelmed or in over my head, thanks to her extensive knowledge of the process and housing market. She gave me excellent guidance when I asked for it and made the process so easy. She’s warm and friendly but also professional and smart. Do not hesitate to work her.

Allison has been great during our home buying process. She made her schedule work with ours. There were several times during the home buying process that we had to view a house after 5pm, during lunch hours and on weekends. Allison made it happen with no issues. She is also super communicative on what to expect next as well as give her thoughts when questions arise.

I can't say enough how helpful Allison and the RE/MAX team was in guiding us through the home buying process. The entire process can be daunting, but thanks to Allison, it was not nearly as stressful. We are now settled into our new home. I can't say enough possitive things about my experience with Shawna and the RE/MAX Real Estate Team in La Grande. I needed to find a house but I really didn't think I would be able to find one that would fit my needs that I could afford. To my great surprise within the second group of houses Shawna had me in the house of my dreams.
