County Seat Apartments LLC

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years, soon to be three! We love it here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. It’s a great community with great people and management that truly takes the time to address your concerns. The apartments are clean, fresh, and new compared to any other complex we have seen for the same price range. The rent is extremely reasonable for the kind of deal you are getting, plus a pool, gym, and clubhouse on top of it! We love county seat and would recommend it to anyone.

We’ve lived in this community for almost 2 years. Started out as a family of 2 but now a family of 3. This community is very well maintained and quiet. If there has ever been an issue we have always been able to get it resolved with Judy our landlord! She even responds to emails on the weekends on her days off. There isn’t another apartment complex in Georgetown that is as safe, well maintained, or even affordable as this place. There’s a pool for the summer and a small gym which we have access to 24/7. Judy makes sure that each tenant is satisfied with their experience while living in these apartments and is very accommodating to her tenants. So thankful to be apart of this community.

I moved into 21276 when the building opened and it was home to me and my last roommate almost instantly. I lived there for almost 6 years, if it wasn’t for me wanting to move from Delaware, which I was born and raised, I’d still be there and I’d move back there if I ever returned back to Delaware. Management and the maintenance team always handled issues with whatever was wrong inside the apartment and were always so kind. I miss them and I miss what I once called home. Highly recommend living in county seat apartments but you better get in line now!! Also, Judy called me way after I moved out about a package that was delivered for me there and she was more than happy to forward it to me. She has always been reasonable and respectful.

I have been living at this apartment complex for over a year now and I love it! The community is very quiet and peaceful. My wife and I are both working professionals, and we always feel good when we have a nice community to come home to after a long day of work. The office manager is very professional and is always open to addressing any issues you may have. There is also a swimming pool and a gym available to all tenants in the complex at no extra cost (it's all included in the rent). The neighboring Del-Tech campus makes for a great walking/jogging route for those who wish to enjoy the fresh air if they do not wish to use the gym. I have lived in this apartment complex going on 3 years now and had my fair share of roommate issues or landlord issues. Upon first visiting this complex I was met by Ms, Judy who was such a wonderful women...answered all my questions in depth. Was very understanding to my situation and wants/needs of what I was looking for. Just all around made my signing the dotted line so much easier for me since I already felt so hesitant due to past apartment experience failures.
