The Oaks at Georgetown

I absolutely love living here! From the moment I moved in, the management team has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The community is always well-kept, the landscaping is beautiful, and the maintenance team is quick to handle any requests. My apartment is spacious, and feels like home every time I walk through the door. I also love how peaceful and safe the neighborhood is. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to make this my home!

I’ve had such a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is thanks to our apartment manager, Dante Smith. Dante is always professional, approachable, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of, and he handles everything with a positive attitude and genuine kindness. Whether it’s resolving maintenance requests promptly, keeping the property well-maintained, or simply greeting you with a smile, Dante makes this community feel like home. His dedication and hard work truly make a difference, and it’s clear he cares about the residents and the property. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—thank you, Dante, for making this such a great place to live!

Just moved in about a month ago and everyone has been very nice and pleasant. The management has been excellent to talk with Kathleen was very helpful and assisting in getting my apartment

The tour was informative, the application and all the necessary documentation was explained thoroughly and the patience by all the staff to make sure all questions were answered thoroughly made my decision very easy. Am very grateful for everyone at the Oaks in Georgetown- great place to live!!!

My family members have lived at The Oaks Apartment complex for almost two years. Living there is like a small tight community, the complex has various events from time to time, things for kids to do, serving variety of different types of foods and activities for the kiddos. If something in their apartment needs to be fixed maintenance is there quickly to fix it. The ladies that work in the office are always nice and kind and take care of business. If your looking for a place to call home you should consider contacting the office for more information.
