First State Management

I’ve had the pleasure of renting a home from First State Management for over a year now, and have had very few issues. They are quick to respond to any problems I’ve had with the property or questions about lease, or anything else! Cody is kind and personable, you can tell he takes the time to get to know his tenants. Steve, of their maintenance team, was great any time he came to fix a fence, dryer problem, etc. My family and I greatly appreciate everyone at First State, and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent or buy a home.

First State Management has recently taking over the rental property where I currently reside. Since then, they have exceeded all expectations with how a company should manage their facilities. They are very responsive and provide mulitple lines of communication including phone, email and Facebook. Cody is extremely approachable, friendly and takes the time to get to know his tenants and is responsive to their needs. In addition, they provide newsletters to update tenants as to what is taking place. This was their 1st winter, my 5th and the snow was plowed in time for families to begin their day. First State Management I appreciate you!!!

I've had the pleasure of doing business with certain members of the staff here at First State Management and it has never disappointed. The one manager there Corey, oh he's such a nice young man. He personally leaves me voice-mail updates on any information and goes out of his way to stay connected.

Vivian and Angel have both been absolutely wonderful to work with. I've been nervous to move bc my current situation is so great. After meeting with First State today, all my nervousness is gone. Highly recommend!!

We love it! It's quite. Our neighbors are like family. We are satisfied with everything. Our landlord is great! We appreciate First State Management.
