College Park Apartments

Absolutely amazing apartments! Even better than the pictures! Always a quick response & super friendly! Our dogs have a nice park to run about many walking paths great views. Newly built pool & play ground the kids love the staff is always super helpful making everything convenient! Thank you for having us !

We had a wonderful experience with Tyanne and College Park Apartment Leasing. My daughter we relocating from Savannah to Delaware and we were dreading finding a place for her. We were able to secure an apartment and Tyanne guided us through setting everything up. Beyond pleased with the apartment and community areas.
