Spend the extra money and move someplace else. The apartment itself is ok for a year, the exterior of the complex is littered with trash. The hallways to the apartments are filthy and disgusting, I've never seen so many dead bugs, they are actually stuck to the walls. How much could it cost to clean this, seriously!!! I will say the maintenance depart. is great.

The parking is horrible. Half the park on the other side of the complex, people are parking and loading zones all over the place. The pool you can't even get into cuz there's so many kids they need another pool one for adults, and it needs to be open longer. No cell phone service what soever. Outsides of the buildings are disgusting they need to power wash and keep them clean cuz there's so many damn bugs. You can't even open your doors up. You walk into your door and there's bugs all over the walls your doors. For a brand new apartment complex things need to be figured out.

Horrible management. No cell phone service. I would not recommend. Constantly flooding. Thin walls on the units make us hear the neighbors doing EVERYTHING. Initial inspection found broken lights, broken toilet, broken dishwasher. There is a huge mold problem due to the humidity and a dehumidifier is a must. Managment did not provide and hid this problem from us, and I had to spend over $200 out of pocket for this. There are also constant pest and bug problems even with constant cleaning. Very cheaply built.

The general exterior of the complex is very attractive, clean and gives a beachy feel. I love the location set back from the road. I do wish the elevator was heated but honestly it's doable and nice to have it. My family of four visit often to see an aging parent. We love to come visit. The apartment itself is a 2 bedroom. It's rectangle in shape but tastefully built. Quality appliances and dark cabinets are perfect. The only downside is there's very little sunlight that comes into the windows. We love the ceiling height and the room sizes are large. It's a very comfortable and affordable space. Plus you get a large storage closet. The only thing that truly bothers me is the rental payment is only accepted online. They charge an additional $3+ a month for I suppose processing. That just

Moved here in Sept 2022 and ABSOLUTELY love it!! Heather (leasing) and David (maintenance) are without question the best!! When I first began looking for an apartment, no other complexes got back to me… Heather was the only one and she contacted me right away. While I waited to move, there were some delays with the new buildings opening, but she’d send out emails regularly with updates. Move-in was extremely easy. I did have a couple little issues that required maintenance early on. The portal is extremely easy to use and allows you to choose 3 timeframes when you’d like maintenance to arrive. Every time David was here right away and would thoroughly go over the issue and explain everything to me. Thankfully, I have very quiet neighbors; most of the time I forget I even have any.
