4 1/2 Stars . Lance went above and beyond for us the Day we reach out for a quote to build our home. Other than little lack of communication in the middle which got much better towards the end of the process. We have no complaints. Quality of the build is really good . Few minor things left to complete but We Love our new home .

My husband and I could not be more happy with the experience we had with Hunter Creek Homes. Lance was a pleasure to work with and it's quite obvious that quality is their top concern. Lance was more than accommodating when we wanted to make changes throughout the process; he never once made us feel like we were bothering him and he truly just wanted us to be happy with the end result. His hard work paid off and we could not be happier with our beautiful new home. We get so many compliments on our house and we can't wait to spend forever in this home.

We originally chose Hunter Creek Homes because they are truly a custom home builder with a "welcome to the family" attitude. After many months of research and meeting with other local builders only Hunter Creek allowed us to pick ANY floor plan, draw up blue prints, and make changes to fit our needs for no additional cost. We had asked another builder to move an interior wall and they added $10,000!! Lance and his team were great to work with our out of state credit union, who was more difficult than they needed to be. Our home was built in under 6 months and it is rock solid and beautiful! The process, quality, available selections, and their responsiveness made it overall, a very positive experience. We absolutely recommend building with Hunter Creek Homes.

I would highly recommend Hunter Creek Homes. From the first design meeting to the final walkthrough they were very organized and professional. The quality is outstanding. We built with them 3 years ago and even to this day, if we have a question or an issue, they are quick to respond. Many builders are done after the final payment but they are still available. Great builder!!
