Cottonwood Grove

Since the change in ownership, the entire staff was replaced despite previous assurances that they would remain. There has been no communication from the new management team—no introduction, no outreach, and no clarity about who is currently running the office. When I recently called, I did not recognize either person who answered. In addition, there are significant safety and maintenance concerns. One of the buildings has broken windows with no explanation provided, and broken glass remains in the alley where children play after school — even a month later. The property also has visible trash and litter, including rusty thumbtacks and used candy wrappers near areas where both older residents and young children spend time. Been here for 4 months so far and I love it so much! The complex is very well maintained it’s so peaceful, beautiful, & clean! All of the staff is awesome from the girls in the office to the maintenance men! Whenever I put in a maintenance request it has gotten fixed within 24hours! I have never experienced a management that runs their apartments as good! So happy to have found these apartments and be living here.

I just moved into Cottonwood Grove Apartments in Clovis, and so far, my experience has been really positive. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the community itself is quiet and peaceful except for my kids lol. No but in all seriousness I was impressed with how smooth and straightforward the move-in process was. Bertha and Ashley have been amazing from the start. They are friendly, approachable, and very responsive. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to help and made me feel truly welcome. It’s clear they care about the residents and keep the community running smoothly. The location is convenient too, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local parks. We spent seven years living at Cottonwood Grove Apartments, and the experience was consistently excellent from beginning to end. The management and maintenance staff were always responsive, respectful, and genuinely helpful—whether we were dealing with routine questions, lease renewals, or the occasional repair need. One standout example: during a particularly hot stretch one summer, our AC needed a specialist to come out. Rather than leaving us to wait in the heat, they brought over temporary AC units to keep our place comfortable until the repair could be made. OMG! What an amazing apartment complex! I had a tour yesterday afternoon with Ashly Ramirez, and I am so impressed with the entire community!!! The apartment I saw was sooo beautifully done, from the white cabinets ( my favorite) in the spacious kitchen to the most beautiful flooring! I was shocked to see that once I get in there, 🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏🙏, I’ll have a garage not just a carport so there will be much more security when coming home from night events. The bathroom is really large and has a linen closet in it! The fireplace with a mantle was also a special feature and there’s even outdoor electrical outlets for my Christmas 🎄 lights. 😉 2 sparkling clean pools and a jacuzzi which I know I’ll be using! I’m on a waiting list, but hoping it doesn’t take too long!!!!
