Cottonwood Apartments

Nice place to live. They stay up on keeping yard clean, cut, and looking nice. Managment is super nice. They are very helpful. Rent isn’t outrageous, it’s affordable. Maintence is always very fast. They don’t half way fix things, they fix it completely the first time. 10/10 recommended for anyone who is looking.

Very cozy place to live. My fiancé, my daughter and I moved here in November and absolutely love it! I agree with the previous review that the playground needs updating. With the amount of kids that live here, it would be nice to see them playing outside instead of being cooped inside all the time.

Nice, quiet place. Seems pretty straight up. The Park needs some updating like mulch under the swings where the other has been worn down but it's good. They have a basketball court, park with a swing and 2 seesaws, and a nice sized pool. Apartments are nice and roomy.

I enjoy living here for the most part. The playground is pathetic and needs to be updated. These poor kids are resorting to other sources of play and sadly it’s not safe because there are people who speed in and out of this parking lot and I’m so worried that someone is going to get hit someday. And the people playing loud stereo systems in the their cars needs to stop! It’s obnoxious and it happens at all times of the day and night!

I’ve been here over 5 years. This place use to be a nice place to live. Over the years management has gotten ridiculous. No one is ever in the office. The rules are changing every month. There is a fair amount of kids in this neighborhood and they have been told that they can not ride their bikes, scooters or any other outdoor electrical or non electrical equipment in the road or on the sidewalk. With that in mind, the playground out here is run down. There is nothing for the kids to do. Adults out here are acting like children and complaining about the kids playing. Instead of the management doing the right thing she sided with the adults and puts more restrictions on the innocent kids. There is no real deal maintainence person. Nothing gets fix in a timely manner. This place is run by hu
