I put in my work orders to repair my toliet that kept running and my dishwasher that was not working properly. Two days later maintenence came and fixed my toilet and got the info from the dishwasher to replace it. This was on a Wednesday. Friday my new dishwasher was installed. I am completely pleased with how this was handled and the great job done my the maintenence worker. He did an excellent job and was very polite and kind.

I’ve been living here for a while now, and overall, the apartment complex is fantastic. The amenities are top-notch, the maintenance team is quick to respond, and the location is super convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making it a pleasure to call this place home. The only downside is the trash situation, which could definitely use improvement, but everything else more than makes up for it!

We have lived here for a year, we have had great encounters with the ladies in the office as well as with maintenance. Anytime we’ve needed something fixed the office and maintenance were very prompt. Thank you for being so attentive. We have No complaints on our end with staff.

i’ve been living here for a couple weeks. I love the apartment the space I have a 2 x 2. It’s really nice area is quiet.

The online system is great, and maintenance is always professional and courteous, but most of all efficient in finding solutions to fix things.
