Copper Mill Village

I greatly appreciate the team here at Copper Mill Village. My sister and I moved into a two bedroom one month ago and we’ve been enjoying it ever since. Maintenance is very responsive and quick with requests which is greatly appreciated. As for the leasing office staff, they are welcoming and kind every time I stop by. With the amenities and surrounding activities in the area, I’m glad I am able to call Copper Mill Village, home.

There are no words to express or explain the immense joy my girlfriend and I feel being tenants of a place like Copper Mill Village. Evelyn Ortiz was a blessing in every way throughout this process and we are so appreciative of her and the Copper Mill Village staff. After. year of residing g here, i decided to stay at Copper Mill Village apartments due the the staff & convenience of stores around. my experience downsizing to a 1-bdrm was easy quick and the staff professional and worked with me every step of the way. the new staff are very pleasant professionals and know what they are doing. i would highly recommend staying here.

First time, I meet Eric and David they are very friendly. Thank you for processing my work order so quickly and wonderful jobs they do in my first apt home. This complex is unsafe. I've been robbed twice, my car was broken into, and when I reported it to management, they told me that security wasn't their responsibility. I've heard several complaints about thefts there. They haven't fixed the gates for over two years, and strangers roam freely inside. They don't care about maintenance issues, and don't even get me started on the filth.
