I was interested in checking out an apartment here, but after multiple attempts I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. If the leasing office is too busy to respond to potential renters, that already says a lot about what the experience might be like living here. In a way, the lack of response made my decision easier to look elsewhere

Hello this is an updated review. I have been here since October of 2024. 1. Management has definitely improved, someone is consistently there and post announcements if they are not open due to holidays or the weather. They updated their hours as well. However, it is still difficult to get an answer on the phone with them. 2. One of my biggest dislikes is the fees. Whatever your rent is add $200 for the fees. You'll pay for; 'water', 'sewer', 'BillingFee' $4.57 the fee to use the app, "Tech Fee" the wifi that you cannot get out of (will explain on 3) $85 and add $50 if you want better wifi, 'Trash Service" $18, "Trash Service - door to door pickup" $25. This doesn't include paying for your as and electricity on the utilities app. In a way I expected this as much, just some of them (like t

Dont live here. They do not care about their residents 1. The office is never open. If it is, it is two days a week, and half the time they close early or open late 2. The office doesnt answer the phone or messages 3. They changed our water contract and now you pay twice as much because you are paying AN AVERAGE of the ENTIRE buildings water, versus just what you use and when tenants complained we got cited a clause in our leases. People went from paying $50 a month for 2 people to $130 4. Have barely handled the snow. Sidewalks are dangerous, the parking lot is barely maneuverable, ignored messages sent about concerns about snow removal 5. I bet this review will get an AI response that doesnt show the complex cares that they are failing their tenants that pay a lot to live here

The property management continues to disappoint me day after day. Our apartment is infested with mice, and despite repeatedly reporting this serious health and safety issue to the office, they clearly don't care. I've gone to the office multiple times trying to speak with someone in person because they never answer their phones, respond to emails, or check their voicemails. The office is literally closed with the door locked whenever I go. The management is absolutely nonexistent. Mice are literally coming out of my bedroom walls, chewing through the wood AND the carpet, and they come out while we're asleep. I have been terrified living in this situation with sleepless nights and I am definitely not staying in this chaos any longer. Check out the videos taken in the middle of the night. My

I lived at Potomac Square Apartments for about five years. While my first year during COVID was relatively quiet and pleasant (aside from a blue fly infestation at move-in because the leasing agent openly admitted she was “too lazy” to take the trash out of the unit), the experience went downhill quickly after that. The apartment community became increasingly loud and unsafe. There was a domestic abuser living underneath me—police were called multiple times. My neighbor next door smoked weed constantly, which caused my apartment to smell terribly. Management did nothing despite repeated complaints. That same neighbor was later tackled by police outside their apartment on 2 occasions. After multiple unsettling encounters, including finding that neighbor sitting outside my door late at nigh
