Decent housing option for UMass Amherst students or for the people working nearby. Wouldn't say the place is kid friendly. Bus route runs through the compound. Shopping options available at of distance of 10 mins walk. Looks kinda bleak during winter.
Worst apartment complex I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. Rooms are over priced and target students, complex is very dirty litter everywhere and the trash piles up spilling out of the dumpsters, complex offers one washer and dryer shared between 8 apartments which you have to pay for and do not work. The administration & maintenance team ignore calls and have showed up 3 weeks after I called unannounced at 8am. Only stay here if you hate yourself.
