Clovis Courtyard

I made this account just so I can post anonymously since I still live here. I cannot stress enough DO NOT move here. The apartment management team does NOT care. Have a look at our complex, it is a mess. People putting their trash and trash cans out in front of their doors (we aren’t supposed to do that per the lease), there are spider webs EVERYWHERE (not sure why this isn’t cleaned on even a MONTHLY basis). There is a serious roach problem throughout the ENTIRE complex just a HUGE infestation. I am not sure why they do not REQUIRE sprays, rather than just allowing tenants to decide when and IF they get sprayed. Because guess what? The roaches go to another part of the building and then come right back. It does not work. I also cannot walk to my apartment without getting my shoes soaked,

Management here is not even present 80% of the time. I mean there sitting there but their hands are tied, usually that’s the answer for everything. Hundreds of dollars taken little by little from hard working people. The bed bugs and roaches are the icing on the cake. Do not move there. I moved last month and would never return.

The lack of training the management team receives is unacceptable and very unprofessional. There is no initiative to help the renters and the lack of care given can be seen by the apartment complex itself. Very disappointed with the office staff, which I am assuming can only be held to the property management team for providing inadequate training for their to team to succeed. Worst customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst apparent ever!!!! Huge bug problems the management is never in the office. They don't care about your neighbors if they are out of control. By far the worst complex I've ever lived in.

Roaches, dog poop in the walk ways,flies all over because of dog or cat poop. kids yelling how they peed in the pool. Parties in the hallways, cops constantly here blocking the driveway and nobody ever goes to jail. This place is the trash of Clovis. I regret moving here. I can’t wait to move out.
