Please don’t waste your money here. I debated making this but now my emails AND calls are being ignored with no response unless I come speak with someone in the office face to face. Here are the issues we’ve had since 10/30/25 in our apartment that was supposed to be perfectly ready and promised no pests. Keep in mind we have cats, a 4 year old and I’m pregnant with heart/blood pressure issues. - ROACH INFESTATION i’m talking in every room big and small. I specifically asked about this and they said no issues. Found roach bait laid throughout the apartment which shows signs of pests were present and not discussed. - No balcony renovation (promise to be done weekend before move in date 10/31) boards still rotted, splintered and nails sticking out. - Welcomed into our apartment with a hole

I have been living in this apartment for almost one year, and my experience has been very disappointing. Our air conditioning and heater have been broken for a long time. I went to the office around 7 times and told them many times that our heater is not working, especially now in December when the weather is extremely cold. It took them a long time to respond, and when they finally checked it, they saw that the heater was completely broken. Instead of fixing it, they only gave me a small portable heater, which is not enough for a big apartment. Because of the cold, two of my small children got sick, and this has made our life very difficult. The office staff are very rude. Whenever I go to the office, they don’t respect me, they don’t listen to my concerns, and they act like my problem

Mrs. Terri and mrs. Billi have been amazing women. I enjoy my apartment me and my daughter. They made it easy to move in and if I have an issue they make sure it gets fixed im a timely manner. Even when I referred my co-worker they even got them in asap. I enjoy it here

Problems from the beginning. Maintenance can't fix nothing properly. They half ass it and paint over everything. You email the office about the problems you been told would be fixed in a week and you wait for those things to get fixed for over a month no reply. But they reply immediately when trying to get you in an apartment. I dont feel safe, haven't even been here 2 months and close sounding gunshots done woke me early in the morning numerous times. There is so many things I can say about this complex/company and none will be good. If your in the process of moving and/or looking for a home don't come here. THEY DO NOT CARE. Also, for management please don't email me about nothing cause if you was concerned you would have responded to emails and photos previously sent.

Maintenance guy Chris is very professional. He was fast and communication was top tier. He came to fix my heating system and it took less than 5 minutes. Any questions I have he’s available to answer and sometimes will look at things just because. He’s way better than the last guy kyjal I believe that’s his name. That guy was very unprofessional and half ass his work and something was off about him.
