Classic Group Cottages at The Villages at Two Rivers

I could have given them no stars, I would have. I bought a home in an ‘over 55’ neighborhood in two Rivers , Odenton. Then home was built by Classic homes 5 years ago. My roof stated leaking in December, 2023. I contacted Classic homes and I was referred to the Co. that they subcontracted to put on the roof. Select roofing, did come out to my home, after they checked the roof, they noted a 20x20 section needed replaced, and multiple otter repaired needed done, they were going to ‘call me to schedule a repair. the next day, Select got back to me and noted they were not going to make any repairs-because I am the second owner. I took the information back to Classic & filed a complaint with the BBB, but they did not respond . I was told by three different people that inspected my roof, qualit
