Chestnut Farm Apartments

Before move: Julia was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Day of move: Connor was great. He was able to lend us a dollie to help move some items. We also had an issue with our fobs for the exterior doors that delayed our entry but we were able to get assistance quickly from both the staff that day. The placement of the elevator and stairs made the move a bit more timely and challenging than anticipated. We were disappointed we could not use the shower/tub the night of moving in my son’s bathroom because it was clogged. We had to wait 3 nights before they were able to come and fix the issue. Maintenance should have a checklist they follow prior to move in. Replace air filter, water filter, test drains, washer/dryer etc. I need to place a new maintenance request because the

Chestnut Farm Apartments are top notch. Danna has been so much help during our move in! She’s been amazing every step of the way….from the application process to our move in date and is still always making sure we are happy here!! We feel anyone would be happy with these beautiful, resort like apartments. 🙂

We have recently moved to the Charlotte area and after touring about 25 places we are very happy with our decision. The staff has been the best part! They are very helpful with any issues & if we ever have a maintenance request they are usually there first thing in the morning! The apartments themselves are beautiful and very convenient to just about everything. The amenities are great, grilling area, private offices, pool, bike rentals, & a awesome gym! I would highly recommend looking into the Chestnut Farm apartments if moving to the area! Update 9/8/24. We’ve been here almost two years now and a lot has changed. The ownership has changed a few times and the latest group has been tough to deal with. A few days ago we were left with a notice at our door for CCS not picking up the tras

(Please read update below) This place is beyond beautiful, and a wonderful place to call home! I highly recommend Solis Chestnut Farms to anyone looking to move to an upscale apartment complex on the south side of Charlotte. The amenities are fantastic (saltwater pool, fire pit, outdoor gathering spaces, top of the line gym and yoga studio) and everything you can imagine! Baker was incredibly helpful at helping me choose the right unit, and made the entire process (application to move in) a breeze! There was a slight hiccup on my move in date, a leak in my upstairs ceiling, but Baker and the staff were incredibly quick at getting this fixed and making amends. I definitely made the right choice moving here and am incredibly happy to call this lovely place home. Update 11/22/21: everything

I have loved living here! I've lived here for almost 2 years now and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The gym is nice too, I was able to cancel my pf membership. I love the additions that the new management company has added since they took over last year. There is now a beautiful community garden, which none of my friends have lol. The landscaping is beautiful and always well maintained, as well as the rest of the community. Maintenance team is great. Overall, i really enjoy living in this community and plan on staying as long as I am in this area.
